This document (Agreement) sets forth our services principles, guidelines, and correct expectations. We have meticulously crafted these policies/terms to be fair and realistic for both ReliabeCloud (company) and its customers, ensuring a secure and respectful environment. ReliabeCloud retains the right to change/update/modify the terms or policies at any point in time, and these changes will automatically apply to all registered customers. It's important to note that upon registering with us, the customer automatically agrees to all the terms and policies we have documented in this agreement.
Any account registered with false information or using false/unauthorized debit/credit cards or payment methods will result in immediate termination without prior notification. We believe in maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for all our customers, and we take any breach of this trust very seriously.
All the services will be provisioned automatically upon payment confirmation. ReliabeCloud will do its best to deliver the ordered services as quickly as possible for any orders stuck due to unforeseen or technical reasons, providing you with a seamless and efficient service experience.
Service suspension (higher chances of data being present) will be issued to the services after failure of payment 1+ (day) renewal date of the service.
Service termination will be issued to the service seven days incase of payment failure after the renewal date. Such termination will wipe out customer data related to the terminated service.
It is impossible to reinstate any terminated service, and we do not guarantee its backup/data at any cost.
ReliabeCloud reserves the right to accept, process, or cancel the service of any customer who does not adhere to this agreement. Please note that we are not obligated to notify the customer about such actions.
ReliabeCloud notifications may sometimes be delayed or halted for technical reasons. However, the customer is responsible for renewing their services within a set period of time.
The customer is solely responsible for any additional contact added to the account's billing or any action or request they submit for such cases.
We do not consider any payments put on hold by the payment gateway or payments that aren't directly deposited in ReliabeCloud or its respective parties.
ReliabeCloud is not liable for temporary delays, outages, or interruptions of services.
ReliabeCloud may also uphold or keep your service for a longer time, depending on the case by case or the type of service.
Any dispute related to the service or the billing should be notified to ReliabeCloud before the customer sets any chargeback. Performing such actions will permanently terminate the billing account (including all active services), and ReliabeCloud reserves the right to decline any future orders from the respective parties.
The customer is responsible for submitting the cancellation of the service/services; failure to submit the cancellation may result in a charging card or payment method being available on file; such renewal payments are not qualified for refunds.
ReliabeCloud might back up the data, but we do not guarantee data redundancy in case of hardware or software failure. Customers are solely responsible for any data and its backups they host with our services or related to the services.
The customer can add a minimum of $10 to a maximum of $1000 balance under their billing account. Any balance or account credits won't be available for withdrawal/refund and can be used to purchase/renew the services.
Affiliates should provide valid documentation or details of the payout account.
Affiliate minimum withdrawal amount is $50, and the maximum is $1000. Any amount exceeding $1000 will be disbursed every month with the best possible bills.
Affiliate conversions with false/fraudulent leads will result in the complete termination of the affiliate account.
ReliabeCloud offers customers a 7-day, no-question-asked refund policy who follow all the terms mentioned in this agreement.
The 7-day refund policy only applies to the customer's first service with ReliabeCloud.
ReliabeCloud has the right to process the refund by deducting any payment gateway or any processing charges.
ReliabeCloud can process the refund through an available payment method to the company.
Customers should open a ticket with billing for any refund-related queries. Our team will evaluate the refund for the account. ReliabeCloud's decisions are final.
We do not allow any emailing or related services, including:
- Port Scanning.
- Brute Forcing.
- Sending DDoS or DoS attacks.
- IP Spoofing.
- Phishing Attacks.
- Email Spamming.
- Copyrighted Content.
- DMCA content.
- Using "Cracked" Software.
- TOR.
- Public VPNs.
- Aggresive Streaming.
- Child Adult Content.
- Government-issued prohibited service/items.
As such, we do not limit any of our customers, but if we notice a customer is using the majority of the CPU, Disk, or Network (Bandwidth), ReliabeCloud reserves the right to limit the resource usage of the particular service or customer account. This Policy helps us avoid abusing our services and its impact on neighbouring customers.
We base illegal activity on US law and the law of your server. If your service is based in the Netherlands or the United States, you must follow the laws of the respective countries. It is your duty to perform due diligence and ensure that what you do with your services is perfectly legal.
Customers are responsible for the service they lease/rent, and ReliabeCloud is not responsible for any activities.
ReliabeCloud provides self-managed services, and all customers are responsible for any issues related to their service.
ReliabeCloud is responsible for the service network and accessibility. Any custom modification made to the server, failure of service access, or change in state; in such cases, the customer is solely (completely) responsible, and ReliabeCloud will try to assist in their best effort.
ReliabeCloud maintains professional relationships with customers and long-lasting partnerships. Any customer or company misbehaviour in any form with ReliabeCloud employees, management, or related parties will result in the permanent termination of the account without prior notice. Please note that such cases do not qualify for a refund.
